Yes. Ocean Beach Club is a beachfront property in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Some units are located directly in the oceanfront building, while others are in a second building just behind it, still offering excellent proximity to the beach.
Units 1, 2, 3, and 4 are located in the oceanfront building and offer direct ocean views.
Oceanfront units offer unobstructed, full ocean views. Some units feature partial ocean views; however, one-bedroom units do not provide an ocean view from inside the unit. Units 7 and 8, located in the rear building, benefit from elevated third-floor views.
Yes, the beach directly in front of the property is a drive-on beach. Guests typically relax closer to the dunes, which is safe and common in New Smyrna Beach.
Yes. We offer ground-floor units, including Units 1, 2, 9, and 10, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs or are traveling with pets.
Yes. All condos have private entrances.
All two-bedroom condos accommodate up to six guests.
One-bedroom units accommodate up to two guests.
Yes, all units that sleep six include a pull-out sleeper sofa.
Yes! We are a pet-friendly vacation rental in New Smyrna Beach and welcome your dogs.

Yes, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet. Larger dogs may require an additional fee.

Yes. Ocean Beach Club is a small, quiet property with only 11 units, ideal for couples, families, and relaxing beach stays.

Dogs are not allowed on the beach directly in front of the property. However, New Smyrna Dunes Park, about 3.5–4 miles away, is dog-friendly.
