🏖️ GENERAL RESORT RULES

  1. Check-In / Check-Out:
    • Check-in: 4:00 PM
    • Check-out: 10:00 AM
    • Late check-out requests must be approved in advance.
  2. Parking:
    • Each unit is allowed 1 assigned parking space only (strictly enforced).
    • Please park in your designated spot marked with your unit number.
  3. Occupancy:
    • Maximum occupancy per unit: (List depending on unit size, e.g., 4–6 people).
    • No additional overnight guests without management approval.
  4. Noise & Conduct:
    • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
    • Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors.

🐾 Pet Policy

  • Up to 2 pets allowed, each under 50 lbs.
  • A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay.
  • Pets must be leashed in common areas and never left unattended in the unit or balcony.
  • Guests must clean up after pets immediately.

🏊‍♀️ Pool & Grounds

  • Pool hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
  • No glass containers or food in the pool area.
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Use of grills and picnic areas is first come, first served.

🚭 Smoking Policy

  • No smoking or vaping inside any unit or on balconies. ($500 fine for smoking).

🧼 Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • Towels and linens are provided for the duration of your stay.
  • Washer and dryer available in 2 bedroom units for your convenience.
  • Please report any maintenance issues promptly to management.

*** Please note that until the end of 2025 our other building will be under renovations. But there’s no work during evenings or weekends and our heated pool is very much open, so your stay should be quiet and comfortable. ***

Property and Cancellation Policies

1. Standard Flexible Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date may be cancelled free of charge.
This policy does not apply to non-refundable rates, promotional offers, or special packages, which are subject to their own conditions.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay per reserved unit, plus applicable taxes, charged to the payment method on file.

3. Failure to Check In

If a guest does not check in and does not contact Ocean Beach Club by the check-out time following the first night, the remaining nights of the reservation may be automatically cancelled. Charges for unused nights may apply in accordance with the booked rate plan.

4. Group Reservations

For group bookings, guests are required to contact Ocean Beach Club directly to review applicable group terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.
